Rudnick and Soundararajan's Theorem for Function Fields
In this paper we prove a function field version of a theorem by Rudnick and Soundararajan about lower bounds for moments of quadratic Dirichlet $L$-functions.

The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.

Focuses of students’ creativity in constructing quadratic functions through pattern generalization
Creativity is the ability of students to generate new ideas based on their initial situation. The focus of creativity in this study is on mathematical objects that capture students' attention when solving creativity test problems and producing creative ...

Robust analysis for data-driven model predictive control
Here the idea of data driven is introduced in model predictive control to establish our proposed data-driven model predictive control. Considering one first-order discrete time nonlinear dynamical system, the main essence of data driven means the actual ...

On the Convergence Rate of Quasi-Newton Methods on Strongly Convex Functions with Lipschitz Gradient
The main results of the study of the convergence rate of quasi-Newton minimization methods were obtained under the assumption that the method operates in the region of the extremum of the function, where there is a stable quadratic representation of the ...

Decentralized Formation Control with A Quadratic Lyapunov Function
In this paper, we investigate a decentralized formation control algorithm for an undirected formation control model. Unlike other formation control problems where only the shape of a configuration counts, we emphasize here also its Euclidean embedding ...

Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

Invariants at fixed and arbitrary energy. A unified geometric approach
Invariants at arbitrary and fixed energy (strongly and weakly conserved quantities) for 2-dimensional Hamiltonian systems are treated in a unified way. This is achieved by utilizing the Jacobi metric geometrization of the dynamics.
