非心臓手術の術前経胸壁心エコー図検査で大動脈四尖弁を指摘し得た１例 [PDF]
症例は70歳代女性. 既往に高血圧症, 脂質異常症がある. 股関節手術の術前心機能評価目的で行われた経胸壁心エコー図検査で, 無症候性であったが偶発的に大動脈四尖弁が疑われた. 全身麻酔下での股関節術中に経食道心エコー図検査を行ったところ, 右冠尖と無冠尖の間に副冠尖を認め, 大動脈四尖弁と確定診断した. 大動脈弁逆流は経度までであり経過観察となった. 大動脈四尖弁は極めて稀な先天性疾患である.
