Surface‐Interaction‐Driven Polarity Switching in II–V Cd3P2 Colloidal Quantum Dots for Infrared Photodiodes

ABSTRACT Colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) based on II–V semiconductors offer attractive optical absorption and carrier transport properties for infrared optoelectronics, yet their device‐relevant electronic behavior remains poorly understood. In particular, Cd3P2 CQDs have been constrained by limited control over nanocrystal growth and carrier polarity.

Unraveling the Synergistic Activity‐Stability Enhancement of a High‐Entropy Perovskite Air Electrode for Dual Ceramic Electrochemical Cells

A high‐entropy air electrode material, Gd0.2Pr0.2Ba0.2Sr0.2Ca0.2FeO3−δ (GPBSCF), is developed for both solid oxide fuel cells and reversible protonic ceramic cells. Degradation Mechanisms Associated with Electron‐Blocking Layers in Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells

The effects of the three typical EBLs NiOx, PTAA, and 2PACz on the photovoltaic performance and degradation mechanisms are investigated under light soaking and solar‐thermal cycling conditions of corresponding PSCs, demonstrating that 2PACz is the best EBL due to the better interface contact and lower lattice distortion.

Shadow‐Calibrated Stereo Vision for Colorimetric Sweat Analysis

Microstructure Optimization of Na3SbS4/Na3Zr2Si2PO12 Composite Solid Electrolytes for Improving Cycling Stability in All‐Solid‐State Sodium Batteries

This research demonstrates that incorporating 10 wt.% NASICON‐type Na3Zr2Si2PO12 into Na3SbS4 sulfide electrolytes mitigates interfacial instability and structural defects. The resulting composite enhances ionic conductivity to 3.97 * 10−4 S cm−1 and reduces activation energy.
