【摘要】 目的 探讨品管圈活动在降低卒中患者住院期间便秘发生率中的应用及维持效果。 方法 在山东大学附属省立医院神经内科开展品管圈活动，针对神经内科住院卒中患者便秘发生率高的原因进行查检、分析及改进，改进措施实施一个月后，对实施品管圈活动前后卒中患者便秘发生率进行比较。半年后将改善措施推广至保健神经内科，比较实施推广一个月后保健神经内科卒中患者便秘发生率的变化。 结果 改善前调查神经内科170例缺血性卒中患者，改善后调查142例缺血性卒中患者，神经内科卒中患者便秘发生率由改善前的67.64 ...
