Objective Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) use in limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (lcSSc) is relatively uncommon because of the lower fibrotic burden and the predominance of vascular complications. In vitro observations and clinical data from transplanted patients suggest a protective effect of MMF on endothelial function.

Mitigating Carbon Emissions: Market-Based vs Technology Support Policies
Various policy instruments are being used to reduce carbon emissions, which are the root cause of climate change. This study aims to empirically test the impact of market-based policies and technological support programs on carbon emissions and to ...

The revised version substantially improves both the theory and the numeric experiments. In Theorem1 of the current manuscript, it only requires geometrically decaying step size, with great parameter flexibility. In the current manuscript, this noise moment assumption is significantly weakened to only require $\EE|\xi|<+\infty$

Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

Quantile regression, as introduced by Koenker and Bassett (1978), may be viewed as an extension of classical least squares estimation of conditional mean models to the estimation of an ensemble of models for several conditional quantile functions. The central special case is the median regression estimator which minimizes a sum of absolute errors ...

This study presents a bioengineered assembloid (ASM) system combining glioblastoma (GBM) cells in oxidized alginate (OA) microgels with dorsal organoids (DOs). This model simulates brain tumor‐host interactions, revealing enhanced GBM invasion, altered gene expression, and aggressive infiltration patterns, demonstrating ASM as a valuable platform for ...
