Artefatos biológicos no EEG quantitativo Biologic artifacts in quantitative EEG

Quantitative Preterm EEG Analysis: The Need for Caution in Using Modern Data Science Techniques
Hemodynamic changes during neonatal transition increase the vulnerability of the preterm brain to injury. Real-time monitoring of brain function during this period would help identify the immediate impact of these changes on the brain.

Interictal quantitative EEG in epilepsy
The interictal EEG is often normal in epilepsy patients, particularly with partial seizures of extratemporal origin. Quantitative techniques of EEG analysis may increase the yield of diagnostic abnormality in such patients. Thirty patients with partial seizures of frontal or temporal origin had EEG recorded from left frontal (F7-C3), right frontal (F8 ...

EEG–fMRI mapping of asymmetrical delta activity in a patient with refractory epilepsy is concordant with the epileptogenic region determined by intracranial EEG [PDF]
We studied a patient with refractory focal epilepsy using continuous EEG-correlated fMRI. Seizures were characterized by head turning to the left and clonic jerking of the left arm, suggesting a right frontal epileptogenic region.

The spatio-temporal mapping of epileptic networks: Combination of EEG–fMRI and EEG source imaging [PDF]
Simultaneous EEG–fMRI acquisitions in patients with epilepsy often reveal distributed patterns of Blood Oxygen Level Dependant (BOLD) change correlated with epileptiform discharges.

Viral encephalitis in quantitative EEG
Objective: Our aim was to study the character of quantitative EEG of viral encephalitis. Method: Collect the EEG data of hospitalized children with viral encephalitis diagnosed by pediatricians from January 2013 to September 2016, and EEG data of normal cases at the same age were control group.
