ABSTRACT With substantial growth in the number of farmers' markets (FMs) in developed countries, the number of consumers visiting FMs is also increasing. This study comparatively assesses the consumers of FMs in three European countries where FMs traditionally play a distinctive role in food supply chains.

Testing the Marketing Performance of German Wheat Farmers
ABSTRACT This paper analyses the marketing performance of wheat farmers in Germany. Wheat sales data from 465 individual farms over a 12‐year period are used to test against different market benchmarks. Market benchmarks are constructed by simulating passive trading agents using regional wheat prices.

Cointegration and a Test of the Quantity Theory of Money [PDF]
The main implication of the Quantity Theory of Money is that long-run movements in the price level are determined primarily by long-run movements in the excess of money over real output. This implication is related to the concept of cointegration discussed in Granger (1986), which states cointegrated multiple time series share common long-run movements.
