Photoenhanced Galvanic Effect on Carrier Collection of the MOS2 Contact Layer in Silicon Solar Cells
This study presents crystalline silicon solar cells with an MoS2 thin film layer. The embedded MoS2 quantum dots are photosensitive by forming a photogalvanic circuit with fluctuating conductance, and the fabricated cells show enhanced short circuit currents.

Corrections of Electron–Phonon Coupling for Second‐Order Structural Phase Transitions
The left image illustrates a weak electron–phonon coupling, while the right image depicts a strong electron–phonon coupling. The weak electron–phonon coupling interaction between the lattice and electrons is susceptible to destabilization by an increase in temperature.

Irradiated Coherent States in Magnetoresistance of 2D Electron Systems
A theoretical approach on the microwave‐induced resistance oscillations based on the coherent states of the quantum harmonic oscillator is reported. The coherent state expression for the quantum oscillator under a time‐dependent force is calculated. It is found that the principle of minimum uncertainty of coherent states, involving time and energy, is ...

Side‐Gate Modulation of Supercurrent in InSb Nanoflag‐Based Josephson Junctions
Proximitized InSb nanoflags are a promising platform for unconventional superconductivity, due to their strong spin–orbit coupling, their highly transparent interfaces, and their electrostatic tunability via global gating. In this work, it is shown that superconductivity in InSb nanoflags can be further tuned by means of metallic side gates, and the ...

Acoustic Phonon Scattering in Free‐Standing Anisotropic Silicon Plates
The electron–acoustic‐phonon interaction in a free‐standing anisotropic Si plate is studied taking into account the elastic anisotropy of the Si crystal and the modulated phonon modes. The effective deformation potential is calculated considering only the lowest electronic sub‐band. It is shown that the phonon modulation and the crystal anisotropy have
