Nonlinear Distortion Equalization in Multi‐Span Optical Links Via a Feed‐Forward Photonic Neural Network

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
A feed‐forward photonic neural network equalizes linear and nonlinear impairments in multi‐span IMDD optical fiber transmission. The linear processing stage employs an 8‐tap optical Finite Impulse Response filter integrated on a silicon photonics platform, while the end‐of‐line photodetector represents the nonlinear stage.

Quadruple‐refocused spin‐locking: A robust method for high‐amplitude T1ρ imaging

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, EarlyView.
Abstract Purpose Longitudinal relaxation time in the rotating frame (T1ρ) is a source of tissue‐specific contrasts, with applications in detecting myocardial fibrosis, liver fibrosis, and early‐stage osteoarthritis. However, T1ρ measurements are sensitive to static (B0) and radiofrequency (B1) magnetic field inhomogeneities.

Launch Uncertainty Analysis Under Barrel Erosion Using Experiments and Random Matrix Theory

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mechanical System Dynamics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The effects of barrel erosion on artillery firing performance have long been a subject of concern, but its effect on launch uncertainty has yet to be investigated. This article explores the influence of barrel erosion on the interior ballistic mechanical properties and launch disturbances.

Interplay Between Spin‐Triplet Pairing and Ferromagnetism in Uranium Ditelluride

open access: yesNano Select, EarlyView.
This study investigates how spin triplet superconductivity and ferromagnetism interact in uranium ditelluride (UTe2). It shows that magnetic fluctuations strongly influence the superconducting behavior. The results suggest that ferromagnetic tendencies can contribute to the stabilization of spin triplet pairing. These findings provide new insights into

Study of the Effect of Doping, Angle, and Temperature on Upper Critical Magnetic Field in Two‐Band Model Nd2−xCex CuO4−δ${\mathrm{Cu}}{{{\mathrm{O}}}_{4 - {{\delta}}}}$ Superconductor

open access: yesNano Select, EarlyView.
This study deals with the effect of doping, angle, and temperature on an upper critical magnetic field (HC2) in a layered two‐band model Nd2−xCexCuO4−δ${\mathrm{N}}{{{\mathrm{d}}}_{2 - {\mathrm{x}}}}{\mathrm{C}}{{{\mathrm{e}}}_{\mathrm{x}}}{\mathrm{Cu}}{{{\mathrm{O}}}_{4 - {{\delta}}}}$ (NCCO) superconductor.
