Field‐Programable Dynamics in a Soft Magnetic Actuator Enabling True Random Number Generation and Reservoir Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Complex dynamics, often avoided in electromechanical design, can enhance soft robotics. We develop durable magnetic soft actuators operating in tunable dynamic regimes, enabling random number generation, stochastic computing, and time‐series prediction.

Quantum Chaos Versus Classical Chaos: Why is Quantum Chaos Weaker? [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
We discuss the questions: How to compare quantitatively classical chaos with quantum chaos? Which one is stronger? What are the underlying physical reasons?

Strategies for Realizing Industry 5.0 Inclusive Sustainability Goals for Sustainable Development: A Structured Framework for Overcoming Barriers and Guiding Transformation

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Industry 5.0 has emerged to address the limitations of Industry 4.0 by emphasizing inclusive sustainability through environmentalism, human‐centricity, and resilience. However, its development faces barriers across technological, organizational, and social dimensions.

Semi-Poisson Statistics in Relativistic Quantum Billiards with Shapes of Rectangles

open access: yesEntropy, 2023
Rectangular billiards have two mirror symmetries with respect to perpendicular axes and a twofold (fourfold) rotational symmetry for differing (equal) side lengths.

Few‐Photon Fluorescence From Ultracold Bosons in an Optical Cavity

open access: yesContributions to Plasma Physics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Within a cavity quantum electrodynamics framework, we analyse the fluorescent spectrum of ultracold bosons in resonant and second‐harmonic generation (SHG) regimes. Two settings are considered: (i) (few) bosons in an optical lattice and (ii) a trapped two‐component dilute Bose–Einstein condensate (2BEC) within the Bogoliubov scheme.

Quantum Lyapunov spectrum

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
We introduce a simple quantum generalization of the spectrum of classical Lyapunov exponents. We apply it to the SYK and XXZ models, and study the Lyapunov growth and entropy production.

Characterizing the dynamical phase diagram of the Dicke model via classical and quantum probes

open access: yesPhysical Review Research, 2021
We theoretically study the dynamical phase diagram of the Dicke model in both classical and quantum limits using large, experimentally relevant system sizes.

Three Birds with One Stone: High‐Performance 2D Lead‐Free Perovskite Solar Cells via Direct In Situ Generation of Organic‐Spacer Precursors

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
Adopting a “three birds with one stone” strategy, the in situ generation of organic spacer simultaneously addresses three major challenges limiting 2D tin‐based perovskites: (1) Sn2+ oxidation; (2) rapid crystallization; and (3) uncontrolled 2D phase distribution.

Programmable crack dynamics engineering enables flexible strain sensors with high linearity

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
First‐decoupling theoretical framework of crack evolution elucidating the control methods, mechanistic insights, and structure‐activity relationships is established. Crack propagation from uncontrollable randomness systematically evolves into spatially ordered states.

A bound on quantum chaos from Random Matrix Theory with Gaussian Unitary Ensemble

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
In this article, using the principles of Random Matrix Theory (RMT) with Gaussian Unitary Ensemble (GUE), we give a measure of quantum chaos by quantifying Spectral From Factor (SFF) appearing from the computation of two point Out of Time Order ...
