QueenNet: Quantum-Enhanced Neural Network for Hyperspectral Image Classification
Hyperspectral image (HSI) classification is a critical task in the field of remote sensing. Existing deep learning models have made significant progress in HSI classification, but often suffer from parameter redundancy and insufficient noise robustness ...

Orbital Geometry‐Governed Response of Pressure‐Tunable Quantum Defects in hBN
Defects in hBN act as ultrasensitive quantum manometers when the energy of the intradefect optical transitions is modified by lattice compression. The orbital geometry of the electron wave functions governs how electron hopping and Coulomb interactions react uniquely to the reduction of the van der Waals gap and in‐plane compression, leading to robust ...

Unraveling the Electronic Structure of Silicon Vacancy Centers in 4H‐SiC
The electronic structure of the silicon vacancy in 4H‐SiC is probed via transient absorption spectroscopy, uncovering previously inaccessible excited states of the quartet and doublet spin channels, including the V2' transition. In combination with theoretical analysis, a comprehensive picture of the electronic structure is established.

A cooperative and competitive interrelationship between alcohol oxidation (AOR) and water oxidation (OER) was observed on a typical anode catalyst of Ni2P. In situ Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical analyses revealed a specific complementary mechanism between them, in which OER and AOR critically contribute to the activity and stability of anodic ...

Classification of quantum graphs on M2 and their quantum automorphism groups
Motivated by the string diagrammatic approach to undirected tracial quantum graphs by Musto et al. [J. Math. Phys. 59(8), 081706 (2018)], in the former part of this paper, we diagrammatically formulate directed nontracial quantum graphs by Brannan et al. [Commun. Math. Phys. 375(3), 1777 (2019)].

Electroforming‐free TiN/SiOx/Cu/SiOx/TiN memristive devices exploit pancake‐like Cu nanoparticles embedded in a SiOx double layer to create a heterogeneous Schottky‐barrier landscape. Under bias, oxygen‐vacancy redistribution progressively lowers local barriers and recruits initially inactive Cu‐PC pathways into a parallel conduction ensemble, enabling
