Crystallography, group cohomology, and Lieb–Schultz–Mattis constraints
We compute the mod-2 cohomology ring for three-dimensional (3D) space groups and establish a connection between them and the lattice structure of crystals with space group symmetry.

Quantum generalized cohomology
We construct a ring structure on complex cobordism tensored with the rationals, which is related to the usual ring structure as quantum cohomology is related to ordinary cohomology. The resulting object defines a generalized two- dimensional topological field theory taking values in a category of spectra.

Cohomological operators and covariant quantum superalgebras [PDF]
We obtain an interesting realization of the de Rham cohomological operators of differential geometry in terms of the noncommutative q-superoscillators for the supersymmetric quantum group GL_{qp} (1|1). In particular, we show that a unique superalgebra, obeyed by the bilinears of fermionic and bosonic noncommutative q-(super)oscillators of GL_{qp} (1|1)

Complexity of Supersymmetric Systems and the Cohomology Problem [PDF]
We consider the complexity of the local Hamiltonian problem in the context of fermionic Hamiltonians with $\mathcal N=2 $ supersymmetry and show that the problem remains $\mathsf{QMA}$-complete.

Deformations of chiral algebras and quantum cohomology of toric varieties
We reproduce the quantum cohomology of toric varieties (and of some hypersurfaces in projective spaces) as the cohomology of certain vertex algebras with differential.

Deligne-Beilinson Cohomology and Abelian Link Invariants
For the Abelian Chern-Simons field theory, we consider the quantum functional integration over the Deligne-Beilinson cohomology classes and we derive the main properties of the observables in a generic closed orientable 3-manifold. We present an explicit

Cohomology of infinitesimal quantum groups, I
The authors investigate the cohomology of infinitesimal quantum groups (and algebras) associated to classical quantum groups (and algebras) at a root of unity. A main result expresses the Ext-groups between irreducible modules for the Frobenius kernel in terms of those for the full quantum group.

Schubert defects in Lagrangian Grassmannians
In this paper, we propose a construction of GLSM defects corresponding to Schubert cycles in Lagrangian Grassmannians, following recent work of Closset-Khlaif on Schubert cycles in ordinary Grassmannians.

Symmetry fractionalization and twist defects
Topological order in two-dimensions can be described in terms of deconfined quasiparticle excitations—anyons—and their braiding statistics. However, it has recently been realized that this data does not completely describe the situation in the presence ...
