PbS colloidal quantum dots imagers: From single devices to arrays, flexible platforms, and CMOS‐integrated systems

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
Abstract Imagers operating in the visible to near‐infrared (NIR) range play an important role in applications such as industrial sorting, security surveillance, and autonomous driving. However, conventional imaging technologies based on silicon and III–V semiconductors suffer from several limits, including restricted spectral range, high fabrication ...

Flexible circularly polarized light detection enabled by supramolecular chiral assembly within bulk heterojunctions

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
A supramolecular chiral induction and confined capillary‐bridge assembly enables flexible CPL photodetectors with high dissymmetry (gph, max = 0.4 at 850 nm) and broadband activity (300–1100 nm). The resulting devices exhibit low dark current, high detectivity and fast response, with stable imaging even under 30% strain, offering a robust platform for ...

Pseudomagnetic fields for classical waves in two‐dimensional artificial lattices: Mechanisms and applications

open access: yesInfoScience, EarlyView.
Pseudomagnetic fields make light and sound emulate charged particles in magnetic fields, enabling magnetic‐free signal processing. This Review summarizes their origins, three implementations in two‐dimensional artificial lattices, and applications in energy localization and robust transport, guiding the design of topological integrated devices ...

Parallel Multi‐Target Detection for Quantum LiDAR

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
Parallel multi‐target detection is achieved in quantum LiDAR with a single‐pixel quantum readout. Direction and distance information are extracted together, allowing multiple objects to be distinguished under noisy low‐light conditions and pointing to a new strategy for scan‐free quantum remote sensing.

A Fully‐Connected Chip‐Integrated Reconfigurable Mode‐Pairing Quantum Key Distribution Network

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
This work constructs a fully connected reconfigurable chip‐integrated quantum key distribution network via the mode‐pairing protocol. Hybrid ECL and WSS chips cut wavelength and port overhead, realizing arbitrary‐user key sharing with merely two wavelengths.
