Tunable Magnetism and Intrinsic Exchange Bias in Al‐Substituted Terbium Iron Garnet
Al substitution in terbium iron garnet thin films enables continuous tuning of the magnetic compensation temperature from 190 K to above room temperature. Near compensation, a giant intrinsic exchange bias emerges, whose sign and stochasticity can be controlled by external fields and cooling history. This approach provides new routes to engineer garnet

Reconfigurable Magnetotransport in MnBi2Te4 via Gate and Magnetic Field Tuning
Gate‐tunable magnetoresistance sign reversal under in‐plane magnetic fields is observed in an ultrathin MnBi2Te4 device, arising from spin reorientation and distinct scattering mechanisms. Moreover, angular‐dependent measurements reveal clear gate‐controlled magnetotransport anisotropy, underscoring the strong coupling between gating, spin ...

Observation of Topological Chirality Switching Induced Freezing of a Skyrmion Crystal
Using Lorentz Transmission electron microscopy, it is shown that in the insulating van der Waals ferromagnet, CrBr3, a magnetic field can cause Bloch skyrmionic bubbles to spontaneously switch their chirality. As achiral type‐II bubbles are an intermediate state, the bubbles rapidly elongate and shrink when switching, thereby inducing a freezing of the

Integer quantum Hall effect and topological phase transitions in silicene
We numerically investigate the effects of disorder on the quantum Hall effect (QHE) and the quantum phase transitions in silicene based on a lattice model. It is shown that for a clean sample, silicene exhibits an unconventional QHE near the band center,

Even‐denominator 5/2 fractional state in trilayer graphene/V‐doped WSe2 heterostructure, mediated by proximitized magnetism, is demonstrated. An exceptionally high energy gap ∆5/2 (48 K) for the 5/2 state, significantly surpassing previous values in semiconductors and bilayer graphene (∆5/2 < 1 K) is reported.
