Efficient Quantum State Sample Tomography with Basis-Dependent Neural Networks
We use a metalearning neural-network approach to analyze data from a measured quantum state. Once our neural network has been trained, it can be used to efficiently sample measurements of the state in measurement bases not contained in the training data.

Fast and robust quantum state tomography from few basis measurements [PDF]
Quantum state tomography is a powerful, but resource-intensive, general solution for numerous quantum information processing tasks. This motivates the design of robust tomography procedures that use relevant resources as sparingly as possible.

Quantum state tomography of molecular rotation [PDF]
We show how the rotational quantum state of a linear or symmetric top rotor can be reconstructed from finite time observations of the polar angular distribution under certain conditions. The presented tomographic method can reconstruct the complete rotational quantum state in many nonadiabatic alignment experiments. Our analysis applies for measurement

Asymptotic equivalence of quantum state tomography and noisy matrix completion
Matrix completion and quantum tomography are two unrelated research areas with great current interest in many modern scientific studies. This paper investigates the statistical relationship between trace regression in matrix completion and quantum state ...

Quantum state tomography with informationally complete POVMs generated in the time domain [PDF]
The article establishes a framework for dynamic generation of informationally complete POVMs in quantum state tomography. Assuming that the evolution of a quantum system is given by a dynamical map in the Kraus representation, one can switch to the ...

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Quantum Tomography of the GHZ State [PDF]
We present a method of generation of the Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger state involving type II and type I parametric downconversion, and triggering photodetectors. The state generated by the proposed experimental set-up can be reconstructed through multi-mode quantum homodyne tomography. The feasibility of the measurement is studied on the basis of Monte-

Demonstration of machine-learning-enhanced Bayesian quantum state estimation
Machine learning (ML) has found broad applicability in quantum information science in topics as diverse as experimental design, state classification, and even studies on quantum foundations. Here, we experimentally realize an approach for defining custom

Quantum Tomography twenty years later
A sample of some relevant developments that have taken place during the last twenty years in classical and quantum tomography are displayed. We will present a general conceptual framework that provides a simple unifying mathematical picture for all of ...

Nonlocality, Steering, and Quantum State Tomography in a Single Experiment. [PDF]
We investigate whether paradigmatic measurements for quantum state tomography, namely mutually unbiased bases and symmetric informationally complete measurements, can be employed to certify quantum correlations. For this purpose, we identify a simple and
