PsiQuaSP -- A library for efficient computation of symmetric open quantum systems
In a recent publication we showed that permutation symmetry reduces the numerical complexity of Lindblad quantum master equations for identical multi-level systems from exponential to polynomial scaling.

Generation and confirmation of a (100 × 100)-dimensional entangled quantum system [PDF]
Significance Quantum entanglement is one of the key features of quantum mechanics. Quantum systems are the basis of new paradigms in quantum computation, quantum cryptography, or quantum teleportation.

Novel ferrocene derivatives (e.g., FcPhc2) are used as an ultrathin layer hole‐blocking layer, reducing hole injection from the Ag contact. This results in an ultralow noise spectral density of 1.2 × 10−14 A Hz−1/2, and a high specific detectivity of 8.1 × 1012 Jones at −0.5 V.

Efimov three-body states on top of a Fermi sea
The stabilization of Cooper pairs of bound electrons in the background of a Fermi sea is the origin of superconductivity and the paradigmatic example of the striking influence of many-body physics on few-body properties.

Quantum energy teleportation in a quantum Hall system
We propose an experimental method for a quantum protocol termed quantum energy teleportation (QET), which allows energy transportation to a remote location without physical carriers.

Interferometric quantum cascade systems [PDF]
In this work we consider quantum cascade networks in which quantum systems are connected through unidirectional channels that can mutually interact giving rise to interference effects. In particular we show how to compute master equations for cascade systems in an arbitrary interferometric configuration by means of a collisional model.

This study uncovers the unexplored role of intermolecular interactions in multiphoton absorption in coordination polymers. By analyzing [Zn2tpda(DMA)2(DMF)0.3], it shows how the electronic coupling of the chromophores and confinement in the MOF enhance two‐and three‐photon absorption.

Micro-tensile testing of reduced-activation ferritic steel F82H irradiated with Fe and He ions
Micro-tensile tests were conducted on reduced-activation ferritic steel F82H specimens after irradiation with Fe and He ions. The displacement damage levels were 50 and 200 dpa, and helium concentrations were 0, 2000 and 5000 appm.
