Entropic destruction of heavy quarkonium in quark-gluon plasma with gluon condensate
It has been argued that the peak of the quarkonium entropy at the deconfinement transition is related to the entropic force which induces dissociation of quarkonium states.

Heavy Quarkonium Physics from Effective Field Theories [PDF]
I review recent progress in heavy quarkonium physics from an effective field theory perspective. In this unifying framework, I discuss advances in perturbative calculations for low-lying quarkonium observables and in lattice calculations for high-lying ...

Masses and Thermodynamic Properties of a Quarkonium System
Hulthen plus Hellmann potentials are adopted as the quark-antiquark interaction potential for studying the thermodynamic properties and the mass spectra of heavy mesons.

The transverse momentum spectra of J/ψ, ψ(2S), and Y(nS, n = 1, 2, 3) produced in proton‐proton (p + p), proton‐antiproton p+p¯, proton‐lead (p + Pb), gold‐gold (Au + Au), and lead‐lead (Pb + Pb) collisions over a wide energy range are analyzed by the (two‐component) Erlang distribution, the Hagedorn function (the inverse power‐law), and the Tsallis ...

Quarkonia as probes of initial and final states in small systems with ALICE [PDF]
The multiple parton−parton interactions (MPIs) are an important element to describe the observed collective flow and strangeness enhancement in high multiplicity pp and p−Pb collisions, the so-called small systems.

Scalar quarkonium masses [PDF]
We evaluate the valence approximation to the mass of scalar quarkonium for a range of different parameters. Our results strongly suggest that the infinite volume continuum limit of the mass of $s\overline{s}$ scalar quarkonium lies well below the mass of $f_J(1710)$.

Quarkonium Phenomenology from a Generalised Gauss Law
We present an improved analytic parametrisation of the complex in-medium heavy quark potential derived rigorously from the generalised Gauss law. To this end we combine in a self-consistent manner a non-perturbative vacuum potential with a weak-coupling ...
