An exciting Approach to Theoretical Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Theoretical spectroscopy, and more generally, electronic‐structure theory, are powerful concepts for describing the complex many‐body interactions in materials. They cover methods from ground‐state properties to lattice excitations and light‐matter interaction, including time‐resolved variants.

Fully Programmable Slow Light Based on a Spinor Representation of Generalized Coupled‐Resonator‐Induced Transparency

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A programmable coupled‐resonator‐induced transparency (CRIT) platform is proposed, generalizing classical electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) via a spinor representation. By utilizing dual‐channel gauge fields and universal unitary operations, this architecture enables dynamically engineered, reconfigurable slow‐light bands on a silicon ...

Geometry of sub - Riemannian manifolds equipped with a semimetric quarter - symmetric connection

open access: yesUfa Mathematical Journal
On a sub-Riemannian manifold we introduce a semimetric quarter-symmetric connection by defining intrinsic metric connection and two structural endomorphisms preserving the distribution on a sub-Riemannian manifold. We find conditions ensuring the metric property of the introduced connection.

Nonlinear Transverse Transport in a Ferromagnetic Polar Metal

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work reports the observation of a nonlinear transverse response in ferromagnetic polar SrRuO3(111) thin films. The nonlinear signal exhibits a sharp enhancement across the magnetic phase transition. Through detailed scaling and theoretical analysis, the authors attribute this behavior to a sign reversal of the Berry curvature triple, establishing ...

SPICE‐Compatible Compact Modeling of Cuprate‐Based Memristors Across a Wide Temperature Range

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A physics‐guided compact model for YBCO memristors is introduced, incorporating carrier trapping, field‐induced detrapping, and a differential balance equation to describe their switching dynamics. The model is compared with experiments and implemented in LTspice, allowing realistic circuit‐level simulations.

On φ-pseudo symmetric LP-Sasakian manifolds with respect to quarter-symmetric non-metric connections

open access: yes, 2016
The object of the present paper is to study φ-pseudo symmetric and φ-pseudo Ricci symmetric LP-Sasakian manifolds with respect to Levi–Civita connections and quarter-symmetric non-metric connections. We obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for a φ-

Machine Learning‐Assisted Design and Performance Prediction of a Compact Dual‐Band Polarization‐Insensitive THz Metamaterial Absorber for Skin‐Cancer‐Related Refractive‐Index Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A compact QASRR‐based THz metamaterial absorber enables polarization‐insensitive dual‐band absorption and skin‐cancer‐related refractive‐index sensing through measurable resonance shifts. Field, surface‐current, and circuit analyses clarify the dual‐resonance mechanism, while StackNet‐assisted prediction accurately estimates the simulated absorption ...

Scan‐Path‐ and Initial‐State‐Dependent Superdomain Switching in (111)‐Oriented PZT

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Scan trajectory and initial superdomain topology govern polarization switching in (111)‐oriented PZT. Automated AFM writing, pulsing experiments, and interferometric 3D‐PFM show that raster scans reproducibly stabilize ordered Type‐I stripe superdomains with constrained variant selection, whereas spiral trajectories generate frustrated mixed‐variant ...
