On integro quartic spline interpolation

open access: yesJournal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, 2012
In this paper, we use quartic B-spline to construct an approximating function to agree with the given integral values of a univariate real-valued function over the same intervals. It is called integro quartic spline interpolation.

Stability of a quartic functional equation

Journal of Fixed Point Theory and Applications, 2018
The authors introduce an {\(n\)-dimensional quartic functional equation} and show that this new equation generalizes some known {quartic functional equations}. The main task of the paper is to verify the stability (in the Ulam-Hyers sense) of the \(n\)-dimensional quartic equation for mappings between a normed space and a Banach space. Two such results

GLOBAL ZETA FUNCTIONS OF FREUDENTHAL QUARTICS

International Journal of Mathematics, 2002
We give two applications of an explicit formula for global zeta functions of prehomogeneous vector spaces in Math. Ann.315 (1999), 587–615. One is concerned with an explicit form of global zeta functions associated with Freudenthal quartics, and the other the comparison of the zeta function of a unsaturated prehomogeneous vector space with that of the

The use of quartic splines in the numerical solution of a fourth-order boundary value problem

open access: yesJournal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, 1992
This paper derives via uniform quartic polynomial splines a few new consistency relations connecting the quartic spline function values at midknots and the corresponding values of the second and fourth derivatives, respectively.

SHAPE PRESERVING RATIONAL QUARTIC FRACTAL FUNCTIONS

Fractals, 2019
The appearance of fractal interpolation function represents a revival of experimental mathematics, raised by computers and intensified by powerful evidence of its applications. This paper is devoted to establish a method to construct [Formula: see text]-fractal rational quartic spline, which eventually provides a unified approach for the ...

ON STABILITY OF A-QUARTIC FUNCTIONAL EQUATIONS IN RANDOM NORMED SPACES

jnanabha, 2023
In this paper, we shall prove the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of the additive-quartic functional equation introduced by C. Muthamilarasi et al. [11] in Random Normed spaces by using direct and fixed-point methods.

ELEMENTARY QUARTIC FUNCTIONS AND SETS THEY FORM

2018
