Seagrasses are undergoing widespread loss due to anthropogenic pressure and climate change. Since 1960, the Mediterranean seascape lost 13–50% of the areal extent of its dominant and endemic seagrass-Posidonia oceanica, which regulates its ecosystem ...

cDC1 Subtype‐Specific In Vivo Targeting of Liposomes
Dendritic cells, particularly the cDC1 subtype, offer a promising target for drug delivery via liposomes due to their pivotal role in immune regulation, allowing for amplified therapeutic responses. Herein, we show an integration of physicochemical characterization and cell experiments to achieve effective in vivo cDC1 targeting through anti‐CLEC9A ...

The Physical Relation between Disc and Coronal Emission in Quasars
We propose a modified version of the observed non-linear relation between the X-ray (2 keV) and the ultraviolet (2,500 Å) emission in quasars (i.e., LX∝LUVγ) which involves the full width at half-maximum, FWHM, of the broad emission line, i.e., LX∝LUVγ ...

New Superluminal Quasars [PDF]
Since 1977 we have been engaged on a project to survey the milliarcsecond structure and internal motions of a complete, unbiased sample of 65 radio sources (Pearson and Readhead 1984). One of the goals of the project was to discover more superluminal sources and find out how common they are.

Gaussian Processes for Predictive QSAR Modeling of Chromatographic Processes
ABSTRACT Chromatography is a key unit operation in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing process used for protein purification and polishing. Design and optimization of these processes are resource‐intensive resulting from the complex combinatorial design space.

First In Vivo 23Na Human Imaging at 10.5 T Using a Combined Sodium‐Proton Transceiver Body Array
ABSTRACT Purpose To demonstrate the first in vivo human 23Na MRI at 10.5 T using a novel dual‐tuned transceiver body array and to evaluate a self‐gating approach for respiratory motion compensation, focusing on renal imaging. Methods A custom‐built eight‐channel 23Na‐loop 1H‐dipole transceiver array was designed, constructed, and characterized.

Prior to the Fermi-LAT era, only two classes of Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) were thought to harbor relativistic jets that radiate up to gamma-ray energies: blazars and radio galaxies. The detection of variable gamma-ray emission from Narrow Line Seyfert
