Abstract Creativity and innovation are essential for modern organizations. While abundant research has helped to better understand creativity in everyday work life, considerably less attention has been paid to how individuals achieve creative performance during the implementation of innovation projects.

Polynomial extensions of generalized quasi-Baer rings [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the behavior of polynomial rings over generalized quasi-Baer rings and show that the generalized quasi-Baer condition on a ring R is preserved by many polynomial extensions.

Abstract Aims To synthesize and describe the evidence from among young people and adults to assess: (i) what interventions have been effective in changing vaping harm perceptions; and (ii) to what extent vaping harm perceptions predict any changes in vaping and smoking behaviours.

The (Quasi-)Baerness of Skew Group Ring and Fixed Ring
In this paper, the (quasi-)Baerness of skew group ring and fixed ring is investigated. The following two results are obtained: if R is a simple ring with identity and G an outer automorphism group, then R G is a Baer ring; if R is an Artinian simple ring with identity and G an outer automorphism group, then RG is a Baer ring.

Design and Performance Analysis of BCH Codes Construction Over Eisenstein Local Rings Zpsω
A systematic study of BCH codes construction over Eisenstein local rings Zpsω for p ≡ 2(mod3), giving novel structural information to the coding theory, is known as a systematic code study. The rate of code learning, the error‐adjusting program’s potential, and the number of words in the code words are the key factors in determining how well the codes ...

Abstract Research Summary Research on performance feedback presents conflicting views on how above‐aspiration performance influences organizational change. Some studies argue that it constrains change due to a lack of organizational motivation, while others suggest that it enables change by expanding managerial discretion.

Quasi-Armendariz rings relative to a monoid
For a monoid M, we introduce M-quasi-Armendariz rings which are a generalization of quasi-Armendariz rings, and investigate their properties. The M-quasi-Armendariz condition is a Morita invariant property. The class of M-quasi-Armendariz rings is closed

Abstract Accurate seismic phase picking is critical for earthquake monitoring, tomography, and early warning systems. While prior deep learning models have achieved high performance on benchmark data sets, their applicability in real‐world, continuous waveform scenarios remains limited—particularly for phases beyond Pg and Sg. In this study, we develop

On Principally Quasi-Baer Modules [PDF]
Let R be an arbitrary ring with identity and M a right R-module with S = EndR(M). In this paper, we introduce a class of modules that is a generalization of principally quasi-Baer rings and Baer modules.

Skew PBW Extensions of Baer, quasi-Baer, p.p. and p.q.-rings
