Fundamental Regular Semigroups with Quasi-ideal Regular $$*$$ ∗ -Transversals

Bulletin of the Malaysian Mathematical Sciences Society, 2014
\textit{Y.-H. Li} [``On regular semigoups with a quasi-ideal regular \(*\)-transversal'', Adv. Math. (China) 32, No. 6, 727-738 (2003)] introduced the class of unary semigroups \((S,{^*})\) that satisfy the identities \(xx^*x=x\), \(x^*xx^*=x^*\), \(x^{***}=x^*\), \((xy^*)^*=y^{**}x^*\), \((x^*y)^*=y^*x^{**}\) and termed them `regular semigroups having

Infrared spectroscopy of quasi-ideal binary liquid mixtures: The challenges of conventional chemometric regression.

Spectrochimica Acta Part A - Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy, 2022
We have recorded ATR-IR spectra of binary mixtures in the (quasi-)ideal systems Benzene-Toluene, Benzene-Carbon tetrachloride and Benzene-Cyclohexane and performed classical least squares, inverse least squares and principal component regression on the ...

Non-Linear Equation of Motion for Page–Wootters Mechanism with Interaction and Quasi-Ideal Clocks

Universe, 2021
We explore a timeless approach to quantum theory, in the form of the Page–Wootters mechanism, in which a gravitational interaction is introduced between the system and a finite-dimensional clock.

Binary mixtures of ionic liquids: Ideal, non-ideal, or quasi-ideal?

Journal of Chemical Physics, 2021
The mixing of ILs provides an opportunity for fine tuning the physiochemical properties of ILs for various applications. However, a suitable mixture having desired properties can only be designed when the physiochemical properties of the mixtures of ILs ...

Regular Semigroups with Quasi-Ideal Orthodox Transversals

Semigroup Forum, 2007
We give some simple algebraic conditions on the coefficients of a boundary value problem for a differential equations of Ventcel type, depending on a spectral parameter, which guarantee the existence, uniqueness of a solution and coerciveness estimate, for a spectral parameter lying in some sector.

Cubic bi-quasi ideals of semigroups

Journal of Discrete Mathematical Sciences and Cryptography, 2021
In this paper, we introduce the notion a cubic bi-quasi ideal of semigroup and we characterize the regular semigroup in terms of a cubic bi-quasi ideal of a semigroup.

Beyond Beer’s Law: Quasi-Ideal Binary Liquid Mixtures

Applied Spectroscopy, 2021
We have recorded attenuated total reflection infrared spectra of binary mixtures in the (quasi-)ideal systems benzene–toluene, benzene–carbon tetrachloride, and benzene–cyclohexane. We used two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy, principal component analysis, and multivariate curve resolution to analyze the data.

Weak quasi continuity for multifunctions in ideal topological spaces

, 2020
The purpose of the present article is to introduce the concepts of almost quasi ?-continuous and weakly quasi ?-continuous multifunctions. Several characterizations of almost quasi ?-continuous and weakly quasi ?continuous multifunctions are investigated.

Fuzzy quasi-ideals of near algebra

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2020
The aim of this paper is to study the theory of fuzzy quasi-ideals in near-algebra, and obtain some characterizations.

On quasi-ideals in rings

Acta Mathematica Hungarica, 1984
A quasi-ideal Q of a ring A is an additive subgroup of A such that A\(Q\cap QA\subseteq Q\). The intersection of a left ideal and a right ideal is always a quasi-ideal but the converse is not true (a counterexample was constructed by A. H. Clifford [see \textit{O. Steinfeld}, Quasi-ideals in rings and semigroups (1978; Zbl 0403.16001), p. 8]).
