Using the notion of formal ball, we present a few new results in the theory of quasi-metric spaces. With no specific order: every continuous Yoneda-complete quasi-metric space is sober and convergence Choquet-complete hence Baire in its $d$-Scott ...

Thermalization of gluon matter including gg<->ggg interactions [PDF]
Within a pQCD inspired kinetic parton cascade we simulate the space time evolution of gluons which are produced initially in a heavy ion collision at RHIC energy.

A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.

A Quasi open‐loop robust three‐phase grid‐synchronization technique for non‐ideal grid
Development of advanced grid‐synchronization technique for unbalanced and distorted grid is considered in this paper. In this context, self‐tuning filter (STF) is considered to extract the fundamental component from the measured unbalanced and distorted ...

Multiorbital effects on the transport and the superconducting fluctuations in LiFeAs
The resistivity, Hall effect and transverse magnetoresistance (MR) have been measured in low residual resistivity single crystals of LiFeAs. A comparison with angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy and quantum oscillation data implies that four ...

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

A new model of quantum chaotic billiards: Spectral Statistics and Wavefunctions in 2D
Quantum chaotic dynamics is obtained for a tight-binding model in which the energies of the atomic levels at the boundary sites are chosen at random. Results for the square lattice indicate that the energy spectrum shows a complex behavior with regions ...

Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...

Graded Weakly Strongly Quasi-Primary Ideals over Commutative Graded Rings
In this article, we introduce and examine the concept of graded weakly strongly quasi primary ideals. A proper graded ideal P of R is said to be a graded weakly strongly quasi primary (shortly, Gwsq-primary) ideal if whenever 0≠xy∈P, for some homogeneous
