Formalization of Universal Algebra in Agda [PDF]
In this work we present a novel formalization of universal algebra in Agda. We show that heterogeneous signatures can be elegantly modelled in type-theory using sets indexed by arities to represent operations. We prove elementary results of heterogeneous

Mutant bZip-DNA complexes with four quasi-identical protein-DNA interfaces. [PDF]
The complex between the yeast transcriptional activator GCN4 and the palindromic ATF/CREB site 5'- A4T3G2A1C0*G0'T1'C2'A3'T4'-3' shows dyad symmetry. The basic region of GCN4 contains a segment of 18 amino acids with a partially palindromic sequence: N-LKRARNTEA*ARRSRARKL-C. Symmetric residues are underlined.

n–ary hyperstructures constructed from binary quasi–ordered semigroups
Based on works by Davvaz, Vougiouklis and Leoreanu-Fotea in the field of n–ary hyperstructures and binary relations we present a construction of n–ary hyperstructures from binary quasi-ordered semigroups.

New methods for conformal correlation functions
The most general operator product expansion in conformal field theory is obtained using the embedding space formalism and a new uplift for general quasi-primary operators. The uplift introduced here, based on quasi-primary operators with spinor in- dices

Constraining momentum space correlators using slightly broken higher spin symmetry
In this work, building up on [1] we present momentum space Ward identities related to broken higher spin symmetry as an alternate approach to computing correlators of spinning operators in interacting theories such as the quasi-fermionic and quasi ...

Reflection Identities of Harmonic Sums of Weight Four
In attempt to find a proper space of function expressing the eigenvalue of the color-singlet BFKL equation in N = 4 SYM, we consider an analytic continuation of harmonic sums from positive even integer values of the argument to the complex plane.
