Magnesium‐Based Transient Bioelectronics, Bio‐Optics and Bio‐Scaffolds
This paper reviews the state of the art and recent advances in magnesium‐based thin‐film, foils, and scaffolds for applications in transient bio‐optics, bioelectronics and tissue engineering. The design principles, fabrication methods, material properties, and integration strategies are discussed in detail.

Quasi-Interpolation Functionals on Spline Spaces
This paper is concerned with the structure of quasi-interpolation functionals on the space spanned by exponential polynomial splines and their translates. The existence of these functionals is guaranteed by certain conditions which are derived, using the notion of commutators, and shown to be equivalent to some generalization of the Strang-Fix ...

Tuning Redox Dynamics in Cu‐Based Electrocatalysts: Effect of Secondary Metals
Advanced analysis of operando X‐ray absorption spectroscopy data reveals that secondary metals affect the redox processes in Cu‐based catalysts for electrocatalytic CO2 reduction. This influences the amount of oxides formed under pulsed reaction conditions and the distribution of reaction products.

Compression using Quasi-Interpolation
We consider quasi-interpolation with a main application in radial basis function approximations and compression in this article. Constructing and using these quasi-interpolants, we consider wavelet and compression-type approximations from their linear spaces and provide convergence estimates.

Impact of Disorder on Microscopic Superconducting and Normal‐State Responses in a Kagome Metal
Using depth‐resolved, field‐ and pressure‐dependent μSR$\umu{\rm SR}$ measurements, we show that disorder in Ta‐doped KV3Sb5 drives a crossover from nodal to nodeless superconductivity while strongly modifying the normal‐state magnetic response. Our results reveal that disorder affects superconductivity and magnetism in fundamentally different ways ...

Adapted B-Spline Quasi-Interpolation for Approximating Piecewise Smooth Functions
We address the challenge of efficiently approximating piecewise smooth functions, particularly those with jump discontinuities. Given function values on a uniform grid over a domain Ω in Rd, we present a novel B-spline-based approximation framework ...

This paper is devoted to introducing a nonlinear reconstruction operator, the piecewise polynomial harmonic (PPH), on nonuniform grids. We define this operator and we study its main properties, such as its reproduction of second-degree polynomials ...
