In [4] Wei and Libin defined Quasi normal ring. In this paper we attempt to define Quasi-k-normal ring by using the action of k-potent element. A ring is called Quasi-k-normal ring if ae = 0 ⇒ eaRe = 0 for a ∈ N(R)and e ∈ K(R), where K(R) = {e ∈ R|ek = e}

Over the past 25 years, I have been immersed in research in Algebra and more particularly in ring theory. I embarked on writing this book on Smarandache rings (Srings) specially to motivate both ring theorists and Smarandache algebraists to develop and ...

Disentangling global and local ring currents
Magnetic field-induced ring currents in aromatic and antiaromatic molecules cause characteristic shielding and deshielding effects in the molecules’ NMR spectra. However, it is difficult to analyze (anti)aromaticity directly from experimental NMR data if

A survey of low-velocity collisional features in Saturn's F ring [PDF]
Small (~50km scale), irregular features seen in Cassini images to be emanating from Saturn's F ring have been termed mini-jets by Attree et al. (2012). One particular mini-jet was tracked over half an orbital period, revealing its evolution with time and

An Elitist Learning Particle Swarm Optimization With Scaling Mutation and Ring Topology
Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is an evolutionary algorithm that is well known for its simplicity and effectiveness. It usually has strong global search capability but has the drawback of being easily trapped by local optima.

During early phases of a protoplanetary disk's life, gravitational instabilities (GIs) can produce significant mass transport, can dramatically alter disk structure, can mix and shock-process gas and solids, and may be instrumental in planet formation ...

On quasi-local noetherian rings [PDF]
It is the purpose of this note to show that each semiprime, quasilocal, noetherian ring with gl. dim R?2 is Morita equivalent to a quasi-local noetherian domain D with gl. dim D < 2 (cf. Theorem 1). All rings considered here have an identity element; all modules are assumed to be unitary.
