Parameter Inversion of Probability Integral Model Based on GA–BFGS Hybrid Algorithm
The probability integral method is the primary technique for predicting mining-induced subsidence in China, and its predictive accuracy strongly depends on the precision of the model parameters.

Twin Crystal Moiré Metasurfaces for Crossing Flat‐Band Transport
This study introduces twin crystal moiré metasurfaces, breaking in‐plane symmetry to enable reconfigurable acoustic wave manipulation. By adjusting the twin angle and interlayer twist angle, various combinations of hyperbolic, flat bands, and elliptic states can be synthesized in the system.

Random-Singlet Phase in Disordered Two-Dimensional Quantum Magnets
We study the effects of disorder (quenched randomness) in a two-dimensional square-lattice S=1/2 quantum-spin system, the J-Q model with a multispin interaction Q supplementing the Heisenberg exchange J.

This work presents a programmable atomic engineering strategy for 2D materials using Å‐scale nanoreactors formed by bilayer graphene (BLG) intercalation. A new class of alkali‐iron‐chloride compounds, along with lateral heterostructures composed of monolayer alkali halides and iron chlorides, is revealed.

Certifying device-independent randomness from experimental data
Due to its probabilistic nature and the existence of non-local correlations, quantum theory allows for a stronger form of randomness which is inexistent in the classical world.

Efficient arithmetic regularity and removal lemmas for induced bipartite patterns
Efficient arithmetic regularity and removal lemmas for induced bipartite patterns, Discrete Analysis 2019:3, 14 pp. This paper provides a common extension of two recent lines of work: the study of arithmetic regularity lemmas under the model-theoretic ...

Time‐Resolved Magnetization Switching Dynamics Driven by Orbital Torques
Du et al. reveal nanosecond magnetization switching driven by orbital currents using time‐resolved Hall detection. The measurements separate domain nucleation from domain wall propagation and show that Joule heating strongly assists switching by lowering energy barriers.

Ferroelectric domain variants that are energetically equivalent are expected to remain preserved during polarization reversal. However, phase‐field simulations reveal that inclined domain walls in relaxor ferroelectrics can undergo irreversible elimination during alternating current poling through a proximity effect driven by long‐range elastic ...
