Copper Doping Enhances the Activity and Selectivity of Atomically Precise Ag44 Nanoclusters for Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
By a simple anti‐Galvanic reaction, up to six copper atoms could be preferably doped into the Ag2(SR)5 staple motifs and Ag20 dodecahedral shell of an atomically precise Ag44(SR)30 nanocluster. When anatase TiO2 is used as substrate, the (AgCu)44/TiO2 photocatalyst exhibited much improved activity in photocatalytic CO2 reduction compared to Ag44/TiO2 ...

Stability Modeling and Parameter Analysis for Flexible DC Power Grids Under Asymmetric Conditions

open access: yesIEEE Access
When AC system operates asymmetrically, poor structure and control parameters of the converter station controller will have a negative impact on the stable operation of the flexible DC power grids. In this paper, a small-signal model of flexible DC power

Searching for demography's missing link: Momentum [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
This paper is both more theoretical and highly applied; both methodological and policy-oriented. Empirically until recently there has been little work on momentum effects.

Interface solitons in locally linked two-dimensional lattices

open access: yes, 2011
Existence, stability and dynamics of soliton complexes, centered at the site of a single transverse link connecting two parallel 2D (two-dimensional) lattices, are investigated.

Self‐supportive Three‐Way Photoelectrochemical System Achieving Uranium Recycling, Organic Oxidation, and Electricity Generation in Complex Waters

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A self‐sustaining solar photoelectrochemical cell (SS‐PEC) is developed to recover uranium from aqueous UO22+ with concurrent organic oxidation and electricity production. The monolithical photoanode directly captures electrons from organic compounds, leading to the oxidation of organic compounds and the decomposition of uranium‐organic complexes ...

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Topological quasi-stability of partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms under random perturbations

open access: yesDiscrete and Continuous Dynamical Systems, 2013
In this paper, $C^0$ random perturbations of a partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism are considered. It is shown that a partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism is quasi-stable under such perturbations.
