Analysis, design, and implementation of switched Z‐source inverter with an extra control input
A new topology is proposed for switched Z‐source inverter. In the proposed topology, in addition to the duty cycle, the switching factor, which is the outcome of the switching pattern, is also involved in the boost factor. With the change in the switching factor, the boost factor can be changed, and a higher voltage gain can be obtained.

Abstract By combining the filter circuit and boost circuit, the filter‐integrated three‐switch boost inverter (TSBI) is proposed in this paper. Different from the traditional boost inverter, TSBI achieves the boost function at the AC side, so the voltage stress on the switches is small.
