Study of (p, q)‐Symmetric Starlike Functions of Order η

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
In the field of geometric function theory, we use the (p, q)‐differential operator in the complex unit disk to describe a novel class Sp,q∗∗η of symmetrical starlike functions of order η. Several interesting properties of functions belonging to the class Sp,q∗∗η are examined, such as growth, distortion, and convolution characteristics.

Sandwich theorem for quasiconvex functions and its applications

open access: yes, 2011
In convex programming, sandwich theorem is very important because it is equivalent to Fenchel duality theorem. In this paper, we investigate a sandwich theorem for quasiconvex functions.

Some Novel Inclusions for Interval‐Valued s‐Convex Functions in the Second Sense Involving Caputo–Fabrizio Integrals

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This paper investigates the class of interval‐valued s‐convex functions in the second sense sIVC2 using Caputo–Fabrizio CF integrals. Some generalizations of the Hermite–Hadamard HH‐type, Hermite–Hadamard–Fejér HHF‐type, and Hermite–Hadamard–Mercer HHM‐type inclusions involving the CF integrals are developed.

Equivalence of Robust Multiobjective Bilevel Decision Problem Under Multiple Perturbation Sets

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
The robust multiobjective bilevel decision problem (RMBDP) based on worst‐case conditional value at risk (WCVaR) is a bilevel decision model composed of multiple loss objectives of upper‐ and lower‐level decision‐makers under multiple perturbation sets in a concave probability density distribution function cluster.

Connectedness and Contractibility of Solutions in Set Optimization Under Set Less Order Relations

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This study establishes the topological properties of solution sets in set optimization, focusing on their connectedness and contractibility. Utilizing the arcwise convexity and lower semicontinuity characteristics derived from scalarization techniques, we initially prove the connectedness of solution sets containing both weak and standard approximate ...

Prosoluble subgroups of the profinite completion of the fundamental group of compact 3‐manifolds

open access: yesJournal of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 112, Issue 4, October 2025.
Abstract We give a description of finitely generated prosoluble subgroups of the profinite completion of 3‐manifold groups and toral relatively hyperbolic virtually compact special groups.

Regulating Over‐the‐Counter Markets

open access: yesThe Journal of Finance, Volume 80, Issue 4, Page 1929-1962, August 2025.
ABSTRACT Over‐the‐counter (OTC) trading thrives despite competition from exchanges. We let OTC dealers cream skim from exchanges in an otherwise standard Glosten and Milgrom framework. Restricting the dealer's ability to cream skim induces “cheap substitution”: some traders exit while others with larger gains from trade enter.

Locally geodesically quasiconvex functions on complete Riemannian manifolds

open access: yes, 1986
In this article, we investigate the topological structure of complete Riemannian manifolds admitting locally geodesically quasiconvex functions, whose family includes all geodesically convex functions.
