Abstract Theory for the influence of uncompensated solution resistance on quasi-reversible charge transfer at an arbitrary rough electrode is developed. Detailed model analysis is performed for a finite fractal power spectrum; characterized with fractal dimension, lowest, highest cutoff-length scales of roughness and topothesy length (width) of the ...

Electroanalysis, 2009
AbstractAn experimental investigation of quasireversible maximum (QRM) of azobenzene on mercury electrode by two methods, i.e., traditional square‐wave voltammetry (SWV) and fast Fourier transformed square‐wave voltammetry (FT‐SWV), was presented, and the influence factors on QRM of FT‐SWV were discussed.

Quasireversible Maximum in Cathodic Stripping Square-Wave Voltammetry
Electroanalysis, 1999The apparent reversibility of a redox reaction, together with the position of the quasireversible maximum, depend on the single complex kinetic parameter K, which is defined through the standard rate constant, diffusion coefficient of the ligand and frequency of the SW signal.

Abstract The method of orthogonal collocation is used to discretize the differential equations describing quasireversible electrode processes under conditions of potential scanning. The resulting set of ordinary differential equations is solved to give numerical simulations. The numerical values are compared to literature data.
