FUS Selectively Facilitates circRNAs Packing into Small Extracellular Vesicles within Hypoxia Neuron
This study aimed to unravel the role of FUS in the loading of functional circRNAs into neuronal sEVs under hypoxic conditions, which involves their aggregations in SGs and specific interaction between the FUS Zf_RanBP domain to regulate circRNA sorting in sEVs.

Structurally Defined Water‐Soluble Metallofullerene Derivatives towards Biomedical Applications
A modular metallobuckytrio (MBT) platform provides a family of structurally defined, water‐soluble metallofullerene derivatives that can safely carry rare‐earth elements in tailorable molecules, showing promise in biomedicines including MRI contrast agents and photosensitizers. Abstract Endohedral metallofullerenes (EMFs) are excellent carriers of rare‐

The singlet-triplet and exchange-only flopping-mode spin qubits [PDF]
Semiconductor-based spin qubits embedded into a superconducting microwave cavity constitute a fast-progressing and promising platform for realizing fast and fault-tolerant qubit control with long-range two-qubit coupling. The flopping-mode spin qubit consists of a single electron in a double quantum dot; it combines a charge qubit with a spin qubit ...

The Placenta Regulates Intrauterine Fetal Growth via Exosomal PPARγ
The placenta expresses much higher levels of PPARγ than fetal adipose tissue. Trophoblastic exosomes transport PPARγ into fetal preadipocytes via fetoplacental circulation and thus regulate adipogenic genes distinct from endogenous PPARγ. Compromised placental PPARγ leads to fetal adipogenesis deficiency and intrauterine growth restriction, reversible ...

Roles of Kdm6a and Kdm6b in Regulation of Mammalian Neural Regeneration
This study reveals that Kdm6a plays key roles in repressing either peripheral nervous system (PNS) or central nervous system (CNS) axon regeneration, whereas Kdm6b is not involved in regulating CNS axon regeneration. Moreover, both demethylases are able to regulate CNS neuronal survival after injury, but with non‐overlapping mechanisms.

An unprecedented high‐resolution spatial atlas of the E. multilocularis infection foci is obtained, revealing the dynamic functions of neutrophils, Spp1+ macrophages, and fibroblasts during disease progression. The transition of parasite control strategy from “active killing” to “negative segregation” by the host may provide instructive insights into ...
