In the elderly population, the falls is a big problem to public health, recognizing its physical, psychological, economic and social dimension. Inherent to the occurrence of this event are series of risk factors, like the age, lack of balance, sedentary lifestyle, chronic diseases, polypharmacy and the environment, that must be identified and prevented.
