The Necessity of Dynamic Workflow Managers for Advancing Self‐Driving Labs and Optimizers
We assess the maturity and integration readiness of key methodologies for Materials Acceleration Platforms, highlighting the need for dynamic workflow managers. Demonstrating this, we integrate PerQueue into a color‐mixing robot, showing how flexible orchestration improves coordination and optimization.

Distributed wireless network resource optimisation method based on mobile edge computing
This paper mainly compares the network ranking leader, consumption amount and network signal reception of the three algorithms. The study found that in terms of network sort captain, there are significant differences between the CPLEX algorithm, the CCST algorithm, and edge computing methods. The CCST algorithm and edge computing have little difference

Customer Behavior Analysis in Ticket Windows at Scenic Spots from Game-Theoretic Perspective
In service industries, especially in some ticket windows at scenic spots, affected by congestion, some customers often find excuses or ask the acquaintances in the queue so as to jump the queue and complete their corresponding service as early as ...

The queue‐length in GI/G/s queues [PDF]
The distribution of the queue‐length in the stationary symmetrical GI/G/s queue is given with an application to the M/G/s queue, particularly in the case of the combination of several packet traffics, with various constant service times, to dimension the buffer capacity.

Learning Optimal Crowd Evacuation from Scratch Through Self‐Play
How would a superintelligent crowd behave in emergencies? This study develops an approach using multiagent deep reinforcement learning combined with self‐play to discover optimal evacuation strategies for pressure‐aware agents. The model learns behaviors such as queuing and zipper‐merging that significantly surpass traditional approaches in fatality ...

A sufficient condition for the subexponential asymptotics of GI/G/1-type Markov chains with queueing applications [PDF]
The main contribution of this paper is to present a new sufficient condition for the subexponential asymptotics of the stationary distribution of a GI/GI/1-type Markov chain without jumps from level "infinity" to level zero.

The Single Server Queue and the Storage Model: Large Deviations and Fixed Points
We consider the coupling of a single server queue and a storage model defined as a Queue/Store model in Draief et al. 2004. We establish that if the input variables, arrivals at the queue and store, satisfy large deviations principles and are linked ...

A Collaborative Approach to Pediatric Genetic Evaluation in the Era of Genomic Medicine
ABSTRACT To address the increased demand for genetic services and shortage of medical geneticists (MG), a collaborative pilot program was developed with a two‐part approach to care: (1) Initial genetic counselor (GC) appointment with exome sequencing (ES) and (2) follow‐up MG evaluation.
