Zero quiescent current, delay adjustable, power-on-reset circuit

A power-on-reset (POR) circuit is extremely important in digital and mixed-signal ICs. It is used to initialize critical nodes of digital circuitry inside the chip during power-on. A novel POR circuit having zero quiescent current and an adjustable delay is proposed and demonstrated.
