Angularly Stable Terahertz Metasurface With Multi‐Frequency Narrowband Cross‐Polarization Conversion and Broadband Quarter Waveplate Function

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2026.
A compact dual‐functional reflective terahertz (THz) metasurface is experimentally demonstrated. Near‐unity linear‐to‐cross polarization conversion is achieved at four resonance frequencies: 0.65, 0.80, 2.02, and 2.48 THz. Broadband linear‐to‐circular polarization conversion is realized in two bands, 0.86–1.95 THz (77% fractional bandwith, FBW) and 2 ...

Leaky‐Integrate‐Fire Neuron via Synthetic Antiferromagnetic Coupling and Spin‐Orbit Torque

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 16, 18 March 2026.
A spintronic leaky‐integrate‐and‐fire neuron is realized using Spin Orbit Torque driven domain‐wall motion for integration and synthetic antiferromagnetic coupling for the leaky process. The specialized Hall‐bar geometry enables controlled DW dynamics, achieving repeatable integration and firing events. This compact, CMOS‐compatible design highlights a

Sustainable Framework for Thermoelectric Inorganic‐In‐Organic Superlattices With High Power Factor and Selective P‐ or N‐Type Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Energy and Sustainability Research, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2026.
By multilayering poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate with metal nanolayers into a superlattice structure, we report an enhancement to the thermoelectric performance of two orders of magnitude, achieving a peak power factor of 2800 µW m−1 K−2.
