Abstract The treatment of osteochondral defects via an aragonite‐based osteochondral scaffold has been established via mini‐arthrotomy. This report describes a variation of the established procedure to perform and complete the scaffold implantation in the femoral trochlea via a reproducible, all‐arthroscopic technique.
