Background: Several algorithms for localizing accessory pathways (APs) are based on the delta wave morphology, R/S ratio, and QRS polarity. However, they are somewhat complicated, and an accurate determination of the delta wave morphology is occasionally

Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) Algorithms for Toddlers and Young Preschoolers: Application in a Non-US Sample of 1,104 Children [PDF]
The current study aimed to investigate the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) algorithms for toddlers and young preschoolers (Kim and Lord, J Autism Dev Disord 42(1):82-93, 2012) in a non-US sample from ten sites in nine countries (n = 1,104). The construct validity indicated a good fit of the algorithms.

Scaling Study of the Two-Flavor Chiral Phase Transition with the Kogut-Susskind Quark Action in Lattice QCD [PDF]
We report on a study of two-flavor finite-temperature chiral phase transition employing the Kogut-Susskind quark action and the plaquette gluon action in lattice QCD for a lattice with $N_t=4$ temporal size.

A Novel R-Peak Detection Algorithm
Accurate detection of R-peaks in electrocardiogram (ECG) signals is essential for cardiac analysis and diagnosis. While existing algorithms often rely on complex transformations or machine learning, we revisit the classical philosophy of using simple and

Architecture and implementation of ulrb algorithm in R
Low-abundance microorganisms, often referred to as the “rare biosphere”, play a crucial role in ecosystem resistance and resilience, but remain challenging to study. One of the main difficulties lies in the lack of an appropriate definition of rare taxa.

Exact 2+1 flavour RHMC simulations
We consider the Rational Hybrid Monte Carlo algorithm for performing exact 2+1 flavour fermion simulations. The specific cases of ASQTAD and domain wall fermions are considered.

The equation of state in lattice QCD: with physical quark masses towards the continuum limit [PDF]
The equation of state of QCD at vanishing chemical potential as a function of temperature is determined for two sets of lattice spacings. Coarser lattices with temporal extension of N_t=4 and finer lattices of N_t=6 are used.
