Ribozyme‐Catalyzed Site‐Specific Labeling of RNA Using O6‐alkylguanine SNAP‐Tag Substrates
SNAPR is a ribozyme that repurposes O6‐benzylguanine SNAP‐tag substrates for site‐specific labeling of RNA with bioorthogonal alkyne and azide functional groups, fluorophores or photocrosslinkers. The N1A‐alkylated RNA products were converted to N6A‐modified RNA by Dimroth rearrangement.

Sono‐Piezo‐Photosynthesis of Ethylene and Acetylene from Bioethanol under Ambient Conditions
A novel sono‐piezo‐photocatalytic strategy enables the conversion of bioethanol to ethylene (C2H4) and acetylene (C2H2) under ambient conditions, addressing the limitations of conventional methods that are high‐temperature and energy‐intensive. By using an advanced graphene oxide/sodium bismuth titanate heterostructure catalyst, this work achieved ...

De Novo Reconstruction of 3D Human Facial Images from DNA Sequence
This study introduces Difface, a novel deep‐learning model for reconstructing 3D facial images only from DNA data. By integrating transformer networks, spiral convolutions, and a diffusion model, Difface directly aligns high‐dimensional SNP data with 3D facial structures.

Probing protoplanetary disks with silicate emission: Where is the silicate emission zone? [PDF]
Recent results indicate that the grain size and crystallinity inferred from observations of silicate features may be correlated with the spectral type of the central star and/or disk geometry.

A dual‐modal wearable pulse detection system is developed for sleep apnea monitoring by integrating a self‐powered PENG and PPG sensor with a biomimetic fingertip structure. Through a two‐stage detection strategy, continuous PPW monitoring and on‐demand PPG detection achieve high‐accuracy sleep apnea recognition while maintaining low power consumption.

Elexacaftor–Tezacaftor–Ivacaftor Improves Sinonasal Outcomes in Young Children With Cystic Fibrosis
ABSTRACT Background Severe chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a near universal manifestation of cystic fibrosis. Elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (ETI) is an oral, small molecule, highly effective Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) corrector–potentiator drug.

Script R10: Whole Metagenome Beta Diversity v1
This protocoloutlines the beta-diversity analysis that we performed on the whole metagenome samples. We measured the signifiance of the dissimilarity between samples that were grouped by biological occlusion status, microenvironment (sebaceous, moist, etc), and sampling time point.
