Development of miscibility improved oil for R32

R32 has been widely applied as an air-conditioner refrigerant. It is known that R32 is inferior to other refrigerants such as HFC and HFO in the miscibility with refrigeration oils. In addition, when R32 dissolves in refrigeration oils, the kinematic viscosity of the oils reduces remarkably.

Evaporation Heat Transfer of R32 inside Horizontal Tubes

This paper studies the evaporation heat transfer of R32 inside two different diameters of horizontal tubes under saturation temperatures of 0 ℃, 5 ℃, and 10 ℃. The evaporation heat transfer coefficient of the refrigerant was obtained by using a heat resistance separating method.

Energy Efficiency of a Chiller Using R410A or R32

An advanced simulation model of a packaged air cooled water chiller was developed. The nominal cooling capacity of the chiller is about 70 kW at 35°C dry bulb outdoor air temperature, and it consists of a single refrigerating circuit with two identical scroll compressors.

Investigation of Heat Pump Efficiency on Zeotropic Refrigerants R32/R134a and R32/R152a

Results of analysis of thermodynamic cycle efficiency with consideration of nonisothermal nature of phase transition indicate that when using the mixture of R32/R152a (30/70%) in the vapor compression heat pumps, the coefficient of performance is up to 4% higher in comparison with R32/R134a (30/70%).

Measurements of isobaric heat capacity of R32

Abstract The specific isobaric heat capacity ( c p ) was measured for R32 (difluoromethane) in the gas phase. Thirty-two measurements for R32 were obtained at temperatures from 274 to 353 K and at pressures from 0.65 to 2.4 MPa. Some of them are close to the saturation curve.
