Cultural life in Rabat lacks a dynamic element. The theater, as in Tunisia (see page 40) is besieged with difficulties, due in part to its Arabic nature. The cinema, however, appears to be particularly suited to this country if only for reasons of climate and geography–Morocco is well endowed with a varied and impressive scenery.
