RESEARCH ON GEAR TOOTH INTERFERENCE PROBLEM OF SINGLE DRIVE MULTI-POINT MESHING RACK AND PINION TRANSMISSION

open access: yesJixie qiangdu
The load capacity of the rack and pinion mechanism is limited by the contact strength of the gear tooth surface. In order to improve its load capacity, multiple pairs of gears and single rack meshing were adopted. In order to simplify the structure of the ...

Comparative Pharmacokinetics of Intranasal or Intramuscular Atipamezole in Unsedated Dogs and Efficacy for Reversal of Xylazine Sedation

open access: yesJournal of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The objectives of this study were to evaluate ATIP pharmacokinetics (PK) in healthy Beagle dogs after IM and IN dosing (Phase I), and to compare the rate of reversal of IM versus IN routes for xylazine (XYL) sedation (Phase II). This study was comprised of two sequential, randomized, crossover experiments. The initial PK study dosed ATIP by IN

Erythrocyte Membrane Protein 3 (EMAP3) Is Exposed on the Surface of the Plasmodium berghei Infected Red Blood Cell

open access: yesMolecular Microbiology, EarlyView.
Erythrocyte membrane protein 3 (EMAP3) is a novel Plasmodium berghei protein that is trafficked to the outer membrane surface of the infected red blood cell (iRBC). EMAP3 is not critical for parasite growth or sequestration but offers a new scaffold for displaying Plasmodium falciparum proteins on iRBCs.

Consent, Resistance and Existential Proficiency in Swedish Home Care: The Presence of Digital Apps in the Daily Work of Assistant Nurses

open access: yesNew Technology, Work and Employment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Digital applications integrated into assistant nurses' work phones have long been used in Swedish municipal home care to structure and monitor care tasks. However, few studies have explored how these technologies shape the everyday realities of work.

Natural Variation of TaSG‐D1‐TaWRKY53 Module Regulates Heading Date in Wheat

open access: yesPlant Biotechnology Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Heading date is a critical determinant of regional adaptation and yield potential. Here, we identify an E286K substitution in TaSG‐D1, encoding an STKc_GSK3 kinase, which delays heading date in wheat. Mechanistically, this substitution strengthens the physical interaction between TaSG‐D1 and TaWRKY53 and enhances the phosphorylation of ...

Linking Superoxide Production and Scavenging in Plant Development

open access: yesPlant, Cell &Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Due to their strong oxidizing potential, rapid membrane permeability, and high reactivity, reactive oxygen species (ROS) play essential roles in plant development and stress responses. Superoxide (O2•‐) is a primary product of molecular oxygen reduction and a crucial source of hydrogen peroxide, representing a ROS species of substantial ...
