Longitudinal Phenotypic Trajectories in GNAO1‐Related Disorders: Defining Disease Progression and Clinical Profiles
Annals of Neurology, EarlyView.Objective
Pathogenic variants in GNAO1 cause a spectrum of epilepsy, movement disorders, and developmental impairment. Clinical heterogeneity complicates prognosis and therapeutic development. We present the first longitudinal natural history study of GNAO1‐related disorders (GNAO1‐RD) to delineate phenotypic trajectories. Methods

Archaeological Prospection, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
The Carnac alignments in Morbihan (France) are among the most famous Neolithic sites of the world. Paradoxically, they have benefited little from a thorough renewal of archaeological data over the past century. There are many reasons for this, but it is mainly because the site has been regarded more as a monument to visit and protect than as ...Guillaume Bruniaux, Vivien Mathé, Olivier Agogué, Sylvia Lopez, Philippe Paillou, Reena Perschke, Vincent Ard +6 morewiley +1 more sourceThe Layout and Size of an Early Pre‐Pottery Neolithic B Small Settlement Revealed by Geophysical Prospection at Harbetsuvan Tepesi in Southeastern Anatolia
Archaeological Prospection, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
In Upper Mesopotamia, the transition from the Pre‐Pottery Neolithic A (PPNA) to Pre‐Pottery Neolithic B (PPNB) period, ca. 10 800–10 600 cal. BP, is marked by a series of changes in chipped stone industries, architectural forms, symbolic objects, regional distribution of settlements and long‐distance exchange networks among others.Toshihiro Tada, Ryota Moriwaki, Kazuya Shimogama, Kenta Suzuki, Wataru Satake, Nurcan Küçükarslan, Celal Uludağ, Yoshihiro Nishiaki +7 morewiley +1 more sourceChallenges and Opportunities in Multi‐Method Integrated Geophysical Prospection of Buried Building Remains at the Sanctuary of Olympia
Archaeological Prospection, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
Ancient Olympia was one of the most important sanctuaries and the venue for the Olympic Games in Greek and Roman times. Its remains are located in the Olympia Terrace (Peloponnese, Greece) at the present‐day confluence of the rivers Alpheios and Kladeos at the base of Mount Kronos.Sarah Bäumler, Dennis Wilken, Peter Fischer, Lena Slabon, Timo Willershäuser, Birgitta Eder, Hans‐Joachim Gehrke, Erofili‐Iris Kolia, Franziska Lang, Oliver Pilz, Andreas Vött +10 morewiley +1 more sourcePoseidon's Sanctuary at Samikon—The Discovery of an Ancient Temple Through an Integrated Geophysical and Geoarchaeological Survey Approach for Lagoonal and Swampy Environments
Archaeological Prospection, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
Below the classical fortress of Samikon at the coast of the western Peloponnese, ancient writer Strabo mentioned a sanctuary of Poseidon which served as the centre of the religious association of the Triphylian cities. In this paper, we describe the discovery and investigation of a building structure by means of geophysical and ...Dennis Wilken, Birgitta Eder, Sarah Bäumler, Elena Appel, Peter Fischer, Tina Georg, Federica Iannone, Lena Slabon, Timo Willershäuser, Erofili‐Iris Kolia, Andreas Vött +10 morewiley +1 more sourceUnveiling Endotypes in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Through Multiomic Analysis: Insights Into Cardiovascular and Renal Complications
Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.Objective
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) shows clinical and molecular heterogeneity, and cardiovascular (CV) complications and lupus nephritis (LN) remain leading causes of morbidity and mortality. This study investigated whether omic profiling can reveal molecular endotypes linked to these outcomes.Tomás Cerdó, Laurel Woodridge, Sagrario Corrales, Juan Rafael Muñoz‐Castañeda, Ana Isabel Torralbo, Anisur Rahman, Filipa Farinha, Rafaela Ortega Castro, Pedro Segui, Ismael Sanchez‐Pareja, Laura Muñoz‐Barrera, Christian Merlo, Desiree Ruiz‐Vilchez, M.
