Phase interferometry for approach radars
2017 International Symposium ELMAR, 2017This paper discusses the design of an interferometrie system that the role of a passive precision approach radar should perform. The brief overview of requirements for precision approach radar parameters is presented. The proposal of an interferometric system for a multi-base phase interferometer is described.

Ground-based Radar Interferometry for Terrain Mapping
2006 IEEE International Symposium on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, 2006In this work, the potential of a Ground-based Synthetic Aperture radar (GB-SAR) interferometer applied to generation of digital elevation maps (DEMs) of restricted areas is analyzed and demonstrated. Two different scenes are considered and for each the obtained maps have been compared with available geographic data.

Passive radar interferometry of meteor trails
2014 United States National Committee of URSI National Radio Science Meeting (USNC-URSI NRSM), 2014We discuss the development of single site passive radar interferometry for the RAPID (Radio Array of Portable Interferometric Detectors) project and its application to the detection of meteor trails. We utilize antennas developed for the low frequency portion of the square kilometer array (SKALA) which are zenith pointing and cover the FM band.

GPS and GIS Assisted Radar Interferometry
Photogrammetric Engineering & Remote Sensing, 2004Error in radar satellite orbit determination is a common problem in radar interferometry (INSAR). For example, when we try to locate a radar test site with known geographic coordinates using the geocoding information in SLC (the latitude and longitude of the four image corners), the location is well away from the true position.

Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry
2010In the past two decades INSAR technique (synthetic aperture radar interferometry) has been quickly developed and widely used for the study of topography (digital elevation model generation) and deformation (Earth surface monitoring). Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is a coherent active microwave image instrument, which is used for mapping the scattering
