Dense-repeated Jamming Suppression Algorithm Based on the Support Vector Machine for Frequency Agility Radar

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2023
Dense-repeated jamming is highly related to the radar-transmitted signal, and it has suppression and deception jamming effects, which makes detecting the real target difficult for a radar system and seriously threatens the operational capability of radar.

Anti Deceptive Jamming for MIMO Radar Based on Data Fusion and Notch Filtering (in English)

open access: yesJournal of Radars, 2012
Deceptive jamming can get vivid jamming effect on Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) radar with very low power. In order to remove those deceptive targets, one method based on signal jittering, data fusion and fake target notch filtering is proposed in this paper.

Erving Goffman at 100: A Chameleon Seen as a Rorschach Test within a Kaleidoscope

open access: yesSymbolic Interaction, EarlyView.
The 100th anniversary of Erving Goffman's birth was in 2022. Drawing on his work, the Goffman archives, the secondary literature, and personal experiences with him and those in his university of Chicago cohort, I reflect on some implications of his work and life, and the inseparable issues of understanding society.

Hide and rule: Accumulation by disappearance and necro‐periurbanisation in Brazil

open access: yesTransactions of the Institute of British Geographers, EarlyView.
Short Abstract This paper examines how peri‐urban spaces are governed through concealment and obfuscation. Focusing on the Baixada Fluminense near Rio de Janeiro, it connects land fraud (‘grilagem’) to the obfuscation of violence, proposing the concept of ‘accumulation by disappearance’.

Evaluation of Deceptive Jamming Effect on SAR Based on Visual Consistency

open access: yesIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing, 2021
In complicated electromagnetic environments, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) can be threatened by various kinds of malicious interference,of which deceptive jamming is the intentional and efficient one.

Frozen Soil Hydrological Processes and Their Effects: A Review and Synthesis

open access: yesReviews of Geophysics, Volume 64, Issue 1, March 2026.
Abstract Frozen soils, including seasonally frozen ground and permafrost, are rapidly changing under a warming climate, with cascading effects on water, energy, and carbon cycles. We synthesize recent advances in the physics, observation, and modeling of frozen‐soil hydrology, emphasizing freeze–thaw dynamics, infiltration regimes and preferential flow,

Radar Emitter Identification Based on Typical Parameter Sequence: HBNP Clustering, Hierarchical Denoising and LSTM Classification

open access: yesIET Radar, Sonar &Navigation, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
To address “high‐density interference” and “multi‐mode parameter agility” in Radar Emitter Identification (REI), as well as existing models' flaws (pulse sequence models' weak anti‐noise ability, statistical feature models' multi‐mode confusion), this paper proposes a TPS‐based REI method–constructing a three‐level signal model and PRI probability ...

Recent Advances in Frequency Diverse Array Radar Techniques

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2022
Due to the range dependence and time-varying array factor of Frequency Diverse Array (FDA) radar, it can overcome the miss of range variable in traditional phased-array factor and gain loss of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) radar array.
