Distributed multi‐station target tracking based on unscented particle filter and Dempster‐Shafer theory

open access: yesIET Radar, Sonar & Navigation
In a distributed multi‐station system, the observations received by local radar nodes for a single target will have a large signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR) bias due to inconsistent radar cross‐sections from distinct angles, different distances from the ...

Single‐Cell Profiling Across Immune Tissues and Organs Reveals Immunosenescence Signatures in Male Rhesus Monkeys

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Single‐cell profiling across bone marrow, spleen, mesenteric lymph, and blood in rhesus monkeys reveals organ Immunosenescence. GZMB rises with age, particularly in cytotoxic and terminally exhausted CD8+ T cells, and BHLHE40 emerges as a key transcription factor enriched across multiple CD8+ subsets, regulating pro‐inflammatory and exhaustion‐related ...

Synthetic Aperture Radar Signal Processing using GPGPU [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
In this work an effcient parallel implementation of the Chirp Scaling Algorithm (CSA) for Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) processing is presented. The architecture selected for the implementation is General Purpose Graphic Processing Unit (GPGPU), as it ...

Bioinspired Tissue Transparency: Achieving Sclera‐to‐Cornea Transplantation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bioinspired decellularization‐compression‐locking tactic (DCLT) is developed to transform human sclerae into transparent corneal substitutes. These clear, robust, and pro‐regenerative substitutes are capable of repairing complex corneal injuries, including chemical burns, keratoconus, and penetrating wounds, demonstrating their clinical potential to ...

Signal processor architecture for backscatter radars [PDF]

open access: yes, 1983
Real time signal processing for backscatter radars which requires computational throughput and I/O rates is discussed. The operations that are usually performed in real time are highly repetitive simple accumulations of samples or of products of samples.

Evolution of Multivalent Aptamer Corona for High‐Throughput Multiplexed Detection of Multiple Cancers

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multivalent aptamer corona is evolved via established ProteoFish‐SELEX (systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) for high‐throughput multiplexed detection of multiple cancers. Clinical validation using multivalent aptamer corona demonstrated high accuracy and specificity in multiplexed detection of ovarian, lung, and colorectal ...

Hot Electron‐Assisted Noble‐Metal‐Free Synergistic Photothermal Catalyst for Solar‐Driven Wastewater Remediation and Microbial Disinfection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multifunctional Bi2Te3@CdS hybrid system is presented for solar‐driven wastewater remediation and indoor disinfection. The catalyst coated on PU foam efficiently harvests visible‐NIR light to generate heat and reactive oxygen species, enabling the rapid mineralization of organic pollutants.
