A Scalable Perovskite Platform With Multi‐State Photoresponsivity for In‐Sensor Saliency Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A scalable in‐sensor computing platform (32 × 32 array) with ultra‐low variability is developed by incorporating ferroelectric copolymers into halide perovskite thin films. These devices achieve 1000 programmable photoresponsivity states and high thermal reliability.

Reactive Laser Additive Manufacturing of Hierarchically Structured Aerogels

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Reactive laser additive manufacturing transforms printing into a chemically active synthesis step. Salt‐enabled transient reaction environments drive in situ formation of hierarchically structured graphitic aerogels with microtubular and nanoscale features in seconds.

Threshold Determination for ARTMAP-FD Familiarity Discrimination [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
The ARTMAP-FD neural network performs both identification (placing test patterns in classes encountered during training) and familiarity discrimination (judging whether a test pattern belongs to any of the classes encountered during training).

Personnel recognition based on multistatic micro-Doppler and singular value decomposition features [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
The use of micro-Doppler signatures experimentally collected by a multistatic radar system to recognise and classify different people walking is discussed.

Continuous Wavelet Transform and Hidden Markov Model Based Target Detection [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Standard tracking filters perform target detection process by comparing the sensor output signal with a predefined threshold. However, selecting the detection threshold is of great importance and a wrongly selected threshold causes two major problems ...

A Neural Network Architecture for Figure-ground Separation of Connected Scenic Figures [PDF]

open access: yes, 1991
A neural network model, called an FBF network, is proposed for automatic parallel separation of multiple image figures from each other and their backgrounds in noisy grayscale or multi-colored images.

Transducers Across Scales and Frequencies: A System‐Level Framework for Multiphysics Integration and Co‐Design

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

Study on radar target recognition based on sparse representation with a federated dictionary

open access: yesDianzi Jishu Yingyong, 2019
When high resolution range profiles(HRRP) are used to recognize radar target, few traditional recognition methods analyse the sparseness of HRRP samples.
