Highly Biomimetic Ectodermal Epithelial Organoids for Epithelial Barrier Stimulation Assays
ABSTRACT Evaluating the potential toxicity of pharmaceuticals and biomaterials to ectodermal epithelia, such as the oral mucosa and skin, is indispensable in pre‐clinical assessments. However, this remains a challenge primarily owing to the lack of physiologically relevant and accurate screening models.

Design and application of a radar target simulator
Abstract To fulfill the need for debugging boundary scenes in radar data processing development, this paper proposes a simulator design method for the editing and simulation of diverse combat scenes as required. The simulator was developed based on the VPX platform, including external control equipment, resource scheduling, beam control,

Plastin‐2 (PLS2) is identified as a dual‐function receptor on DCs that mediates both nanoparticle uptake and immunomodulation. A nanobody‐LNP platform is engineered to integrate antigen delivery with relicensing DCs. The therapeutic strategy elicits potent anti‐tumor T cell responses and leads to significant inhibition of established tumors in vivo ...

MGDP: Mastering a Generalized Depth Perception Model for Quadruped Locomotion
ABSTRACT Perception‐based Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) controllers demonstrate impressive performance on challenging terrains. However, existing controllers still face core limitations, struggling to achieve both terrain generality and platform transferability, and are constrained by high computational overhead and sensitivity to sensor noise.

This study presents an anatomical landmark‐guided DRL framework for autonomous wireless capsule endoscopy navigation. Using a lightweight edge‐contour‐depth fusion module, it achieves over 97% coverage across diverse gastric anatomies. To ensure reliability, a two‐stage sim‐to‐real pipeline with an adaptive dynamic programming controller mitigates ...

High-Precision Automotive Radar Target Simulation
Radar target simulators (RTSs) deceive a radar under test (RuT) by creating an artificial environment consisting of virtual radar targets. In this work, new techniques are presented that overcome the rasterization deficiency of current RTS systems and enable the generation of virtual targets at arbitrary high-precision positions.
