Similarity‐Enhanced Representation Learning of Non‐Canonical Amino Acids for Therapeutic Peptide Modeling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Non‐canonical amino acids (ncAAs) enhance peptide therapeutics but remain difficult to model computationally. SinCAA, a similarity‐enhanced pretraining framework, jointly optimizes contrastive learning guided by a novel conformational similarity metric with masked node reconstruction, capturing both functional relationships and chemical identity of ...

Ultrahigh Interfacial Thermal Conductance across GaN/BAs Interfaces via Atomic‐Level Engineering

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The integration of gallium nitride (GaN) with ultrahigh‐thermal‐conductivity boron arsenide (BAs) substrates represents a promising pathway for developing next‐generation high‐power devices. The heat dissipation capability of such integrated systems is fundamentally governed by thermal transport across GaN/BAs interfaces, and buffer layers such as ...

Improving High‐Temperature Operational Stability of Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells Through MXene Heat‐Dissipating Layers

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MeO‐2PACz‐functionalized MXene nanosheets create a thermally conductive buried interface in inverted perovskite solar cells. The interface improves heat spreading, suppresses defects and ion migration, and strengthens charge extraction, extending T80 at 65°C from 141 to 687 h while maintaining competitive efficiency.

SIRT5‐Mediated Desuccinylation of ACAA2 Protects Against Calcium Oxalate‐Induced Kidney Injury by Regulating Fatty Acid Oxidation to Suppress Mitochondrial Oxidative Injury and Ferroptosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The SIRT5/ACAA2 axis maintains lipid metabolic homeostasis in RTECs by promoting ACAA2 desuccinylation and preserving its stability and enzymatic activity, thereby sustaining FAO and limiting PUFA and PUFA‐containing phospholipid accumulation. Under CaOx stress, SIRT5 downregulation impairs FAO, promotes oxidative stress and ferroptosis, and enhances ...

Unveiling Anisotropic in‐Plane Thermal Conductivity and Thermal Expansion Coefficient in Low‐Symmetry Few‐Layer ReS2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Simultaneous two‐mode Raman thermometry reveals strong in‐plane anisotropic thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficients in low‐symmetry few‐layer ReS2. By decoupling thermal transport along the crystallographic a‐ and b‐axes within a single optical configuration, this study provides robust experimental evidence and ab initio theoretical ...
