Relativistic kinetic equation for Compton scattering of polarized radiation in strong magnetic field
We derive the relativistic kinetic equation for Compton scattering of polarized radiation in strong magnetic field using the Bogolyubov method. The induced scattering and the Pauli exclusion principle are taken into account.

Value of MRI Outcomes for Preventive and Early‐Stage Trials in Spinocerebellar Ataxias 1 and 3
ABSTRACT Objective To examine the value of MRI outcomes as endpoints for preventive and early‐stage trials of two polyglutamine spinocerebellar ataxias (SCAs). Methods A cohort of 100 participants (23 SCA1, 63 SCA3, median Scale for the Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) score = 5, 42% preataxic, and 14 gene‐negative controls) was scanned at 3T up ...

Thermal Radiation Transport with Tensor Trains
We present a novel tensor network algorithm to solve the time-dependent, gray thermal radiation transport equation. The method invokes a tensor train (TT) decomposition for the specific intensity.

Objective Australian evidence on lived and care experiences of chronic musculoskeletal shoulder pain (CMSP), irrespective of disorder classification or disease, is limited. However, such evidence is important for person‐centered care and informing local service pathways and care guidelines or standards.

Radiation-Induced "Zero-Resistance State" and the Photon Assisted Transport
We demonstrate that the radiation induced "zero-resistance state" observed in a two-dimensional electron gas is a result of the non-trivial structure of the density of states of the systems and the photon assisted transport.

Mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles (MBGNs) are investigated for bone regeneration given their remarkable structural and functional properties. MBGNs are functionalized with Mn and Cu and incorporated with quercetin, a natural flavonoid exhibiting antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties.

Charge transport properties of CdMnTe radiation detectors
Growth, fabrication and characterization of indium-doped cadmium manganese telluride (CdMnTe) radiation detectors have been described. Alpha-particle spectroscopy measurements and time resolved current transient measurements have yielded an average ...

Directions in Radiation Transport Modelling
Radiation transport modelling has come a long way in the last 50 years: 2D models have been replaced by 3D models; multi-group energy schemes have been replaced by continuous energy nuclear data representations in Monte Carlo models; accurate 3D geometrical representations are available, including import from CAD files.
